Stephen Sondheim’s Saturday Night to Play London’s Arts Theatre

Stephen Sondheim’s 1954 musical Saturday Night, which has just finished a five-week run at the Jermyn Street Theatre, will now play London’s Arts Theatre, March 25-April 11. The production is directed by Tom Littler, with musical direction by Tim Attwood.
The show, which is based on the Julius and Philip Epstein play Front Porch in Flatbush, Saturday Night, centers on a group of friends in 1929 New York just before the Wall Street crash. The cast is led by Helena Blackman, David Ricardo-Pearce, Joanna Hickman, and Charlie Cameron.
