UK Tour of Hair Staring Gareth Gates Canceled

The previously reported UK tour of Hair staring Gareth Gates has been canceled, according to WhatsOnStage.com.

The tour was slated to open at Liverpool’s Empire Theatre on April 10 and then visit Churchill Theatre, Bromley; Manchester Opera House; the Alexandra Theatre, Birmingham; the King’s Theatre, Glasgow; the New Theatre, Oxford; the Grand Theatre, Wolverhampton; the Alban Arena, St Albans; the Marina Theatre, Lowestoft; the Grand Theatre, Blackpool and the Mayflower Theatre, Southampton.

Gates gained notoriety on the TV’s Pop Idol. His stage credits include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Les Misérables.
