Sanjeev Bhaskar, Emma Cunniffe, Dexter Fletcher Cast in Joe Penhall’s Dumb Show

Sanjeev Bhaskar been cast in the Rose Theatre Kingston‘s revival of Joe Penhall’s Dumb Show, to run April 1-17. Stephen Unwin will direct the production.

Bhaskar will play a comedian and TV host known as “Mr. Saturday Night,” who is undone by celebrity culture. The company will also feature Emma Cunniffe and Dexter Fletcher.

Bhaskar, best known from TV’s The Kumars at No. 42 and Goodness Gracious Me, appeared in the West End production of Monty Python’s Spamalot. Among his film credits are The Guru and Anita and Me.
