Ruthie Henshall Extends London Engagement in Chicago the Musical Through April 18

Ruthie Henshall has extended her return engagement as Roxie Hart (which garnered her an Olivier Award nomination) in the London production of Chicago the Musical at the Cambridge Theatre, and will now play the role through April 18.

The cast, as of March 1, will also include Anna-Jane Casey as Velma Kelly, Terence Maynard as Billy Flynn, and Adam Stafford as Amos Hart.

The musical is based on the play by Maurine Dallas Watkins, has a book by Fred Ebb and Bob Fosse, and music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb. The production is choreographed by Ann Reinking in the style of Bob Fosse and directed by Walter Bobbie.
