Love Never Dies Original Cast Recording to Be Released March 9

The original cast recording of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Love Never Dies will be released by Decca Broadway on March 9, to coincide with the opening of the musical at the West End’s Adelphi Theatre.

The recording will be a two-disc set with a total of 32 tracks. It will also be released in a deluxe edition, which will include the two CDs in addition to a bonus DVD which will include video of the cast recording sessions in London and interviews with Lloyd Webber, award-winning set designer Bob Crowley, and the stars of the show.

Love Never Dies, a sequel to The Phantom of the Opera, is set in Coney Island, many years after the end of the original musical, and reunites the Phantom with opera singer Christine Daae, now married to her true love Raoul. Jack O’Brien will direct the show, which has music by Lloyd Webber, a book by Ben Elton, lyrics by Glenn Salter, and choreography by Jerry Mitchell.

The company features Ramin Karimloo (The Phantom of the Opera), Sierra Boggess (Christine), Joseph Millson (Raoul), Liz Robertson (Madam Giry), Summer Strallen (Meg Giry), Niamh Perry (Fleck), Adam Pearce (Squelch), and Jami Reid-Quarrell (Gangle).
