Tory Ross, Miles Western to Star in London Silence! The Musical

Broadway veteran Tory Ross will play Clarice opposite the previously announced Miles Western as Hannibal Lecter in director/choreographer Christopher Gattelli’s production of SILENCE! The Musical, according to Whatsonstage.com. The production will be presented at the Above the Stag Theatre in Victoria, January 19-February 28.

This unauthorized parody of the film The Silence of the Lambs features a book by 2009 Tony Award nominee Hunter Bell and music and lyrics by Jon and Al Kaplan. It follows F.B.I. trainee Clarice Starling as she uses her relationship with Dr. Hannibal Lecter to hunt serial killer Buffalo Bill. Gattelli originally staged SILENCE! at the New York International Fringe Festival.

The cast will also include Shakella Dedi, Colin Duncan, Fabian Hartwell, Leon Kay, Catherine Millsom, Phil Price, and Phillipa Holliday. The production will feature musical direction by Bob Broad, set design by Prav Menon-Johansson, and lighting by Richard Lambert.
