Elizabeth Bennett, Gemma Craven, Charlie Dimmock, et al. To Join U.K. Calendar Girls Tour in May

Casting has been announced for the spring engagements of the U.K. tour of Tim Firth’s Calendar Girls. The new company’s first performances will be at New Theatre Hull May 3 – 8.

With this engagement, the company will feature Elizabeth Bennett (Marie), Anne Charleston (Jessie – Miss January), Gemma Craven (Chris – Miss October), Letitia Dean (Ruth – Miss November), Charlie Dimmock (Celia – Miss September), Mikyla Dodd (Elaine), Sue Holderness (Annie – Miss February), Hannah Waterman (Cora – Miss July), and Dean Gaffney (Lawrence).

Subsequently, the tour will play the Bristol Hippodrome (May 17 – 22), Grand Opera House Belfast (May 24 – 29), Theatre Royal Nottingham (May 31 -June 5), Cheltenham Everyman June (7 – 19), Churchill Bromley (June 21 – 26), Birmingham Hippodrome (June 28 -July 3), Princess Theatre Torquay (July 5 – 10), Theatre Royal Brighton (July 12 – 17), and Theatre Royal Norwich (July 19 – 24).

The Calendar Girls tour launches on January 25 at the Chichester Festival Theatre with Lynda Bellingham, Jan Harvey, Letitia Dean, Gemma Atkinson, Hannah Waterman, Judith Barker, Kathryn Rooney, and Michael Peluso.
