Singer, songwriter, author, musician, and poet- Bob Dylan has been a major figure in popular music and American culture for five decades, releasing around fifty albums since 1962. Dylan has eleven Grammy Awards, a Lifetime Achievement Award, was ranked 2nd on Rolling Stone Magazine's "Greatest Artist of All Time" and won "Best Original Song" at the Academy Awards in 2000. He has five songs on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's "500 songs that Shaped Rock and Roll," including; "Blowin' in the Wind" and "Like a Rolling Stone". Since the 1980s he has toured steadily being dubbed the "Never Ending Tour." Dylan refuses to be a nostalgia act. His live performances are known to be constantly evolving and unpredictable.
