The broadcast will originate from the South Point Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas and air from 9pm Sunday to 6:30pm Monday. Jerry Lewis will be hosting the event along with co-host Ed McMahon while the performances will take place at various times over the 21½ hour broadcast.

First broadcast over Labor Day weekend in 1966 by just one TV station in New York City, the unique event raised more than $1 million. Now the show will be broadcast on 180 MDA "Love Network" stations across the country.
