Insurgo Theater has announced cast and creative team information for their production of Karel Capek's The Insect Play, April 3-25, to be directed by Brandon McClenahan.

Performed originally in 1922, Capek's play follows a drunken young former soldier into an all consuming journey through an insect world. The cast will feature John Beane, Timothy Burris, Samuel Craner, Michael Drake, Ganriel Gentile, Breon Jenay, F. Ed Knutson, Katrina Larsen, Natascha Negro, Sarah Spraker, Sandy Stein, Cynthia Vodovoz, Drew Yonemori, and Stacia Zinkevich.

The production will feature costumes by Beane, sets by Timothy Burris, sound by Gregg Gerriets, lighting by Shawn Hackler, and choreography by Jenna Wurtzberger.
