CARAMOOR

By car: From the West Side of Manhattan or New Jersey, take the Saw Mill River Parkway north to I-684 north to the exit for Route 35/Cross River. Turn right off the exit, and at the first traffic light turn right onto Route 22 south. Travel 1.9 miles and just past the John Jay Homestead on the left bear left onto Girdle Ridge Road. By train: from Grand Central Station, take the Harlem Division of the Metro-North Railroad to Katonah, New York. Taxi service from the station to Caramoor (five minutes away) is available by calling 914-232-4949 or 914-232-5772.

By bus: During Caramoor's International Music Festival, concert goers may take a luxurious air-conditioned bus to Caramoor on Saturdays and some Sundays. From Manhattan, passengers may take the Caramoor Caravan from the Port Authority Bus Terminal, the Symphony Space on the Upper West Side of Manhattan or the 92nd Street Y on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
