Cady Huffman, Burke Moses, Anthony Rapp, et al. Set for A Doctor in Spite of Himself at Inge Festival

Casting has been announced for the concert reading of Sheldon Harnick’s musical adaptation of Moliere’s A Doctor in Spite of Himself, to be offered at the 30th annual William Inge Theatre Festival on April 13. As previously announced, David Glenn Armstrong will direct the performance.

The show focuses on a woodcutter who is manipulated by his spiteful wife to impersonate a brilliant doctor.

The company will feature Cady Huffman, Burke Moses, Anthony Rapp, Patrick Richwood, Alan Safier, John Schuck, and Elena Shaddow, as well as Dean Hayse and Cynthia Hyer.
