Todd Cerveris, Meghan McGeary and More Set for The Great Immensity at Kansas City Rep

Casting has been announced for The Great Immensity, to be presented by Kansas City Rep and The Civilians, to be presented on the Copaken Stage, February 17-March 18.The Great Immensity is a fast-paced exploration of the current state of the environment and the natural ecosystems that have been impacted by the shift in climate. Woven throughout the story about two sisters’ global journey are interviews with individuals from all walks of life who are directly affected by climate change, including botanists, paleontologists, climatologists, indigenous community leaders, polar bear tour guides, trappers and others.

The cast will include Molly Carden (Julie), Todd Cerveris (Rob/Ship Spotter/Medvedkov), Dan Domingues (Marcos/Charlie), Rebecca Hart (Phyllis/Polly), Eddie Korbich (Harold/Pete), and Meghan McGeary (Allie/Emmanuelle).

The creative team includes Michael Friedman (composer/lyrics), Steve Cosson (writer/director), Daniel Doss (music director/pianist), Mimi Lien (set design), Sarah Beers (costume design), Tyler Micoleau (lighting design), Jason H. Thompson (projection design), Ken Travis (sound design), and Tracy Bersley (choreography).
