Academy Award nominee Karen Black stars in the world premiere of her own play Missouri Waltz, featuring songs by Grammy nominee Harriet Schock. Angela Garcia Combs directs this beautiful and musical journey. The play stars Ms. Black as one of two sisters who inhabit an old family home along the Mississippi River when their young niece returns to put her roots back in the ancestral soil. This heartwarming comedy, set in the 1970's, is lush with memories of the days when love was free and dreams were in abundant supply and reminds you just what it means to be surrounded by family.
