NightBlue Performing Arts Company presents the Cole Porter classic, Kiss Me, Kate. At the out-of-town tryout for a musical version of The Taming of the Shrew, sparks fly as actor-producer Fred Graham and his ex-wife Lilli struggle for dominance both onstage and off as Petruchio and Katherine. All's fair in love and war, it would seem, as Fred uses every means at his disposal to keep his Kate onstage -- even going so far as to divert the "Gentlemen" who come calling with an IOU to become Lilli's onstage "handlers." Through all their bickering and reminiscing, Fred and Lilli discover that they do still love each other and share in "the happiest kiss in the history of kissing".
