WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The must see event of the Chicago Fringe Festival! This musical parody of the cult film The Texas Chainsaw Massacre takes audiences through the hot desert highway following the adventures of Sally, her disabled brother Franklin, and their three friends on the worst day of their lives. Experience 'The Family Band' live, featuring Grandpa, The Cook, The Hitchhiker, and Leatherface himself."

RE:Great Opening Number and A Great Lead
This is one of 2 shows at the Chicago Fringe Festival that I saw twice.
The title alone is worth half the admission price. Excellent send up of the horror movie.
Especially liked the opening number in the car with its tight, great ensemble work.
A baby ! ! ! in the front row was enthralled at the craziness going on.
There are moments when the musicians are too loud, spoiling the adventurous lyrics.
