Good story

This was an entertaining and thought-provoking slice-of-life story. The writing was sophisticated and amusing, though a little too heavy on Thoreau quotes the kids quotes added more. I would like to have seen more acting, rather than straightforward story-telling--would, in fact, love to see it as an actual PLAY, with six characters, including the wife and kids, or maybe even seven, including the ghost of Thoreau! Much potential!

Wonderful Story

Very entertaining. The story was told with significant energy and depth. It was a little too long for the 2nd story format though, and would have liked to see more ..

Really liked this one. Anyone who has teenage kids, or who remembers how crazy your parents were when you were a teenager, or who has a husband with hair-brained ideas, will like this one-man story-telling show. I have seen 2nd Story before and they are always good. If you get there a half hour or more early, order food from Simones and then eat it while watching the show - yum!
