Though I would have started at Pinks near Melrose, this was a great journey north from LA, through Oregon, Washington, Montana, and more states, with more travel adventures ahead. Great storytelling. Of the several Pilsen paper flyers available at many fringe venues, this flyer appealed to me the most. The author has wavy hair -- shout out to great hair. Who hasnt dreamed of being able to have the time to travel with no set itinerary. Who doesnt want wavy hair -- shout out to great hair -- not that theres anything wrong with that. Combining photos, video and a silken narrative style, Devine invites the audience to share his experiences from the backseat of the $500 Caddie he purchased for his trip. From ?Tina Seville?s? baptism to her untimely but predicable demise, the story of man and car exploring the back roads of America never ceases to entertain. Favorite highlights include the unexpected sleepover and a priceless depiction of an argument with his fictitious car family. Despite or perhaps because of his self-described look of a meth addict, I was delighted to go along for the ride.
