Additional casting has been announced for Bard SummerScape's production of Anton Chekhov's Uncle Vanya, at Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, July 9-20. As previously announced, Peter Dinklage will star in the title role, and the production will be directed by Dinklage's wife, Erica Schmidt.

In addition, the cast will include Ritchie Coster (Astov), Lynn Cohen (Marina), Robert Hogan (Alexander Serebriakov), Taylor Schilling (Yelena), Mandy Siegfried (Sonya), Kate Skinner (Maria Vasilyeva), and Robert Langdon Lloyd (Telegin "Waffles"). The production will feature set design by Mark Wendland, costume design by Michelle R. Phillips, and lighting design by David Weiner.

SummerScape, which runs July 4-August 17, will also include productions of George and Ira Gershwin's Of Thee I Sing, directed by Will Pomerantz; the world premiere of Mark Morris' Romeo & Juliet, on Motifs of Shakespeare, a restored version of Sergei Profokiev's ballet, to be performed by the Mark Morris Dance Group and the American Symphony Orchestra; a variety of Prokofiev's other works; and a film series devoted to international works from the 1930s.

Dinklage has appeared on stage in such shows as Things We Want and Richard III, and his films include Death at a Funeral and The Station Agent.
