WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The General from America is about the circumstances surrounding Benedict Arnold's decision to defect to the British during the American Revolution. Within the timely themes of heroism and patriotism, this historical drama explores the life of this country's most notorious traitor.Join the cast for a special Talkback immediately following the evening performance of Saturday, October 19 (mat.) and Tuesday, October 22.On Sunday, October 20, the 2:30 and 7:30 pm show will be translated live into Spanish through the headsets provided by the theatre.The General From America will transfer to Off Broadway's Lucille Lortel Theatre November 16 through December 22 as part of the Theater for a New Audience's season.
