Nagle Jackson's Taking Leave follows Eliot Pryne as the early stages of Alzheimer's disease force him into "taking leave" of the real world and imagining a new one. Eliot's alter ego, speaking as Eliot once did when he was the leading authority on King Lear, guides the audience through this dramatic comedy.
