Sally Mayes, Brent Spiner, Robert Wuhl Set for University of Houston School of Theatre & Dance Tribute Event

The University of Houston’s School of Theatre & Dance will welcome back alums Brett Cullen, Sally Mayes, Sharon Montgomery, Brent Spiner, Billy Stritch, and Robert Wuhl, who will star in Legacy: A Celebration of the UH School of Theatre & Dance on September 7 at the school’s Lyndall Finley Wortham Theatre.

The evening will feature the actors paying tribute to the university and its theater program through songs and stories.

Cullen has been seen in The Dark Knight Rises, Guilt Trip, and Apollo 13. Mayes’ many Broadway credits include Welcome to the Club, She Loves Me, Urban Cowboy, and Steel Magnolias. Montgomery has performed as a singer in Houston and across the country since 1975.

Spiner’s stage credits include Life (x) 3, 1776, and Sunday in the Park With George. He is best known for his 15-year run as Lieutenant Commander Data on the television series Star Trek: The Next Generation. Stritch has appeared in cabaret venues across the nation as well as concert performances at the London Palladium, NHK Hall in Tokyo, and Rio de Janeiro’s Municipale Auditorium. Wuhl is best known as the creator and star of HBO’s ARLI$$.
