Lynda Gravatt, Roderick Hill, Thomas Jay Ryan et al. Set for Hartford Stage’s Brand:NEW

Hartford Stage Company has announced participants in its 13th annual Brand:NEW Fall Festival of New Work, to be presented November 3-6.

Mark Nelson, William Patrick Riley, Tony Roach, Melissa Miller, and Tom Nelis will be featured in Sinan Unel’s Pathetique (November 3), directed by Darko Tresnjak. Roderick Hill, Ryan King, and Sue Jean Kim will be featured in Bekah Brunstetter’s Hey Brother (November 4), directed by Maxwell Williams.

Arnie Burton and Thomas Jay Ryan will star in Matthew Schneck’s The Ping and the Pang (November 5), directed by Jenn Thompson. Sam Tsoutsouvas, Lynda Gravatt, Kimberly Hebert Gregory, Shelley Thomas, Aja Naomi King, Harriett D. Foy, and Myra Lucretia Taylor will be featured in Marcus Gardley’s The House That Will Not Stand (November 5), directed by Hana S. Sharif.

Rachel Newbron, Vince Nappo, Adam W. Green, Erin Felgar, and Keira Keeley will star in Steven Levenson’s Days of Rage (November 6), directed by Darko Tresnjak.


In addition, Matthew Schneck, Steven Levenson, and Marcus Gardley will participate in a playwrights panel on November 6 at 11am. Jerry Patch will moderate.
