WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Robert Klein is "arguably the forefather of observational humor as we now know it," says the New York Times. The first comedian to have a special on HBO, he has influenced a generation of young comedians, and was referred to as "the funniest, most intelligent, coolest comedian" by Jerry Seinfeld.Since beginning his career at Chicago's famed Second City, Klein has been nominated for Emmy, Grammy and Tony awards, and is a veteran of over 30 movies, countless television appearances, Broadway, comedy albums, and continues to perform at theaters and clubs throughout the country. For his ninth HBO special, Klein, joined by a symphony orchestra, will bring his legendary brand of edgy observations and hilarious music to the Amaturo stage. Don't miss the opportunity to be part of this special event!
