I saw TWO QUEENS in Minneapolis. Jevettas voice was incredible in the intimate theater. The songs moved too quickly for the deserved applause, but each song needed very little set up as the emotion came thru guiding the audience from setting to setting. This was more than a story of a black womans agony after discovering her husband is gay. As a white male, I perfectly related to the pain of a past relationship built on Christian faith destroyed by a cheating partner. Incredible, Jevetta!
