Synopsis
The Coral Springs Comedy Club launches the season on November 14 and 15 with Orange, New Jersey born & raised Roslane Gholston, known to some as Lady Roz G or just ROZ, one of the funniest up & coming female comedians in the country. As soon as she blazes the stage with her comedic skills, thunderous voice, and her voluptuous persona, promoters are waiting to book her and the audience is eagerly waiting to shake her hand. The statement …"I'm not going behind her" is frequently heard from other comedians. Funny females are hard to find but she is definitely moving and shaking to the next level.
On December 12 and 13 see Rich Vos, an incredibly gifted comic who not only has sharp, insightful material, but he is also a master at working the crowd. His ability to perform in front of any audience has landed him television shows as varied as being the first white comic on Def Jam to performing on the View. Rich was the breakout star of NBC Last Comic Standing Seasons 1 and 3, was a regular guest on Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn and wrote for Chris Rock when he hosted The Academy Awards in 2005. He also played Lenny Bruce on NBC American Dreams and is a regular on the Opie and Anthony radio show. He has one of the highest rated half hour specials on Comedy Central.
Bonnie McFarlane on January 16 and 17 has appeared in her own ½ Hour HBO comedy special, Comedy Central special, and has appeared on The Late, Late Show with Craig Kilborn, Friday Night, Premium Blend, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and The Late Show with David Letterman. Bonnie was a regular on Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn, Her television show appearances include, Gross Pointe, Scare Tactics and The Drew Carey Show. She was on the second season of NBC's Last Comic Standing. And now get a chance to see Bonnie live and in person in Coral Springs.
