A native of Vancouver, Canada, Yuki has been described as a violinist with "virtuostic flair and dexterous bravery", by the New York Times. As a soloist, Yuki has performed with the Eastern Philharmonic Orchestra, the Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra and the New World Symphony as the NWS' most recent winner of the NWS Concerto Competition. Joining Ms. Numata on the program will be pianist, Hyojin Ahn. Program: Sonata no. 7 in c minor for violin and piano, Ludwig van Beethoven Sonata no. 2 for solo violin, Eugene Ysaye Allemande and Double from Partita no. 1 in b minor, J.S. Bach Sillage for violin and piano, Ryan Francis Sonata for violin and piano, Maurice Ravel
