WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
This new musical version of The Velveteen Rabbit remains true to the original children's classic story by Margery Williams and is set in the simpler America of the early 20th Century. An extra touch of whimsy brings nursery magic to life as The Boy, his Nana, the Skin Horse and the Velveteen Rabbit take children on an imagination journey filled with pirate adventures, beautiful fairies, song and laughter. In the end, the loveable Velveteen Rabbit finds out what it means to love, be loved, and to become "real."
