Still Untitled is the culmination of fourteen years work. Originally an undergraduate journalism course assignment, Matt May interviewed his then overweight, closeted, gay, actor friend, from an emotionally distant, Catholic-guilt-ridden family, who one year prior, had lost his mother to cancer, only six months after losing his gay brother to AIDS.

Many years later, May came across the article and re-read it and asked Olear if he had ever written down any of his accounts, because, not only do the strangest events happen to him, that man can tell a story! He hadn't, but it was time. During the next three and a half years, Olear wrote individual stories, and after numerous re-writes, readings, and work sessions with individuals in Florida and New York City, the script is now receiving a full production. Olear, from New York City, will play the lead role of Tristan O'Brien.
