WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Resolution: Comedy!, a professional comedy theater production, blends of improvised, sketch and musical comedy in a multimedia presentation with audience participation. The show is presented by GC Comedy, a 7 member troupe of men and women, whose resolution is to make south Florida laugh harder than they ever have in 2008.
Founded in November of 2004, this improv and sketch comedy troupe can best be described as a combination of Saturday Night Live and Whose Line Is It Anyway? with a little Weird Al Yankovic sprinkled in. The group prepares prewritten sketches, takes audience suggestions and creates scenes on the spot and closes every show with an original comedy song, all based on the shows theme, which for January is, improvement in the new year.
