WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
In his hilarious, 60-minute, kinetic solo piece, Canadian writer/performer Ross plays all the
characters, recreates the effects, sings from John Williams' score, flies the ships, and fights both sides of
the battles from the original Star Wars trilogy, illuminating his performance with fascinating factoids and
editorial asides. There are no costumes, no props, no sets - just Ross using his nimble body, amazing
knack for voices, ingenious facial expressions, and high energy to put his individual stamp on the Star
Wars universe.
Some say Ross spent too much of his childhood in a galaxy far, far away because by the age of
10, he had watched the first Star Wars film more than 400 times and committed virtually every line to
memory. Since then, Ross has channeled his childhood obsession into a uniquely entertaining theatrical
piece that he's performed in more than 180 cities around the world. Where does he get all that energy?
Why, from the force of course.
