Ken Clement to Star in Mosaic Theatre’s Diary of a Madman

Carbonell Award-winner Ken Clement and Betsy Graver will star in Mosaic Theatre‘s upcoming production of Nikolai Gogol’s The Diary of a Madman, as adapted by David Holman with Neil Armfield and Geoffrey Rush. Richard Jay Simon directs the production, which runs September 20-October 14.

Clement stars as Poprishchin, a civil servant driven mad by bureaucracy, who, after being driven crazy doing menial tasks, starts imaging himself living well above his station. He is joined on stage by Graver, who will play the female roles.

The creative team includes Douglas Grinn (scenic design), John Hall (lighting design), K. Blair Brown (costume design), and Matt Corey (sound design).
