For the past 28 years, the Piven Theatre Workshop has not only continued to grow as a nationally respected theatre training center but has consistently generated acclaimed professional productions. At their Workshop, Byrne & Joyce Piven have nurtured the talents of some of the nation's major theatre artists including John, Joan and Ann Cusack, Aidan Quinn, Lili Taylor, Rosanna Arquette, Hope Davis, director Eric Simonson, and their own children Jeremy and Shira.
