Teatro de la Luna Announces Line-Up for Children’s Theater Festival

Teatro de la Luna has announced the line-up for its Children’s Theatre Festival, to be presented at the Rosslyn Spectrum Theater on January 17.

Beginning at 11:00 am, the lobby of the theatre will be filled with various activities, including painting, drawing, reading, storytelling, and puppet making. At 12:00 pm, ABE, A Dream Fulfilled will take the stage with an homage to Abe Lincoln, the champion of liberty and the Great Emancipator, written and directed by Jacqueline Briceño.

After a lunch break at 1:30pm, LAS LUNITAS will take the stage, a presentation from children who have participated in La Luna’s Saturday Bilingual Theater Workshops. At 3:45 pm, Hansel & Gretel will be presented, also adapted and directed by Briceño.
