Tony Award winner Laura Benanti will perform at the Kennedy Center's Terrace Theater on April 30, 2010, at 7:30pm. This concert, part of Barbara Cook's Spotlight series, replaces the previously announced concert pairing Daniel Evans and Jenna Russell.

Benanti is currently starring on Broadway in In the Next Room or the vibrator play. She won her Tony for her performance as Louise in Gypsy, and received additional Tony nominations for Swing! and Into the Woods.

Upcoming performances in Barbara Cook's Spotlight series will also include Christine Ebersole (November 14), Karen Akers (December 12), and Jessica Molaskey and John Pizzarelli (June 4).
