Edward Gero to Star in A Christmas Carol at Ford’s Theatre

Edward Gero will play Ebenezer Scrooge in the Ford’s Theatre production of A Christmas Carol, November 23-January 3, Michael Wilson’s adaptation of the classic Charles Dickens story with Michael Baron at the helm.

Inspired by Charles Dickens’ classic tale, this adaptation follows the miserly Scrooge as he encounters the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future who lead him on a journey of transformation and redemption. The cast will also feature Christopher Bloch as Bob Cratchit, Felicia Curry as the ghosts of Christmas Past and Future, Anne Stone as the Ghost of Christmas Present, and Drew Eshelman as Jacob Marley with Michael Bunce, Steven Carpenter, Nick DePinto, Erin Driscoll, Jamie Eacker, Eleasha Gamble, Amy McWilliams, Michael A. Pizzi, Stephen F. Schmidt, Margo Seibert, Judy Simmons, Vishal Vaidya, Jacob Yeh, and Bronwyn van Joolen.

The creative team will include Rui Rita (lighting), Lee Savage (sets), Josh Schmidt (original music/sound design), Shea Sullivan (choreography), and Alejo Vietti (costumes).
