Theater J to Present Journeys: An Evening with Robert Prosky & Family

Theater J will present Journeys: An Evening with Robert Prosky & Family, co-sponsored by the Austrian Embassy, at the Aaron & Cecile Goldman Theater at the Washington DCJCC, on Monday, November 17 at 8 pm.

The program will be a look back at Prosky’s career on stage and screen, and feature the performance of a scene from Theater J’s production of The Price with his sons Andy Prosky and John Prosky. A dessert reception celebrating the touring production of The Price (featuring Robert and Andy Prosky and Gary Sloan) to Vienna’s English Theatre will follow the performance.

Robert Prosky is a two-time Tony nominee for Glengarry Glen Ross and A Walk in the Woods; he has also been seen on Broadway in Democracy, Twelve Angry Men, and A View from the Bridge. His film and television credits include Hill Street Blues, Dead Man Walking, and Mrs. Doubtfire.
