STC’s Free For All Moves to Sidney Harman Hall in 2009

The Shakespeare Theatre Company has announced that its popular “Free For All” will move from its previous location at Carter Barron Amphitheatre to Sidney Harman Hall, beginning in 2009.

The move will allow the company to expand the number of performances from 10 to 22 and to host a variety of family-friendly events to coincide with the Free For All.

The first “Free for All” event in the new space will be a restaging of STC’s 2007 production of The Taming of the Shrew, September 3-20, 2009.

Tickets will be given away online and in-person at the Shakespeare Theatre Company’s Box office. More information about special events, volunteer opportunities and ticket distribution for Free For All will be announced at a later date.
