Full Cast Set for An American Daughter at Port City Playhouse

Casting has been set for the Port City Playhouse production of Wendy Wasserstein’s An American Daughter, October 31-November 16.

Set in Washington, D.C., An American Daughter focuses on Dr. Lyssa Dent Hughes, a health care expert and daughter of a long-time U.S. Senator, and her nomination fight for a sought-after cabinet post.

The cast will feature Mark Lee Adams as Walter, Edward Breitner as part of the Camera Crew, Margaret Bush as Lyssa, Ron Field as Alan, Kim Gowland as Charlotte, Steven Haber as Billy, Richard Isaacs as Morrow, Anita Jones as Judith, Anna Lathrop as another member of the Camera Crew, Theresee Mc Nichol as Quincy, and Cal Whitehurst as Timber.
