SCENA Theater Announces Casting for Importance of Being Earnest, Sink the Belgrano!

SCENA Theater has announced casting for the two productions that will conclude its 2009-2010 season.

Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest (July 25 – August 29), which will be reset in the 1920s at a fictitious “Oxbridge” university; and Steven Berkhoff’s Sink the Belgrano! (August 18 – September 12), a satire about the Falklands War, will share one company which will feature Kerry Waters, Sara Barker, Stacy Whittle, Ellie Nicoll, Mary Suib, Brian Hemmingsen, Eric Lucas, and Richard Mancini.

The creative team for the two pieces will include Michael C. Stepowany (scenic design), Alisa Mandel (costume design), Andrew Griffin (lighting design), and Matt Otto (sound design).
