Wooly Mammoth Announces Cast, Creative Team for Sheila Callaghan’s Fever/Dream

Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company has announced cast and creative team information for its world premiere of Sheila Callaghan’s Fever/Dream, to run June 1-28, with an opening set for June 7. Howard Shalwitz will direct.

The play concerns a forgotten employee literally chained to his desk who suddenly becomes the company’s new CEO. Or is it all just a dream? The play is a comic reinvention of Pedro Calderon de la Barca’s classic Life is a Dream.

The cast will feature Jessica Frances Dukes (Claire), Daniel Eichner (Segis), Drew Eshelman (Bill Basil), Kimberly Gilbert (Rose), Kate Eastwood Norris (Stella Strong), KenYatta Rogers (Aston Martin), and Michael Willis (Fred Clotaldo), along with University of Maryland students Andrew Blau, Lauren Ciandella, Michael Davis, Alice Gibson, Mark Halpern, Shannon Listol, Amanda Miller, Katie Rooney, Mark Sparacino, Anastasia Stewart, and Scott Whalen.

The creative team will include Misha Kachman (set), Franklin Labovitz (costumes), Colin K. Bills (lighting), Veronika Vorel (sound), and Meisha Bosma (choreography).
