As Denver audiences know well, no one can embody Mark Twain like Hal Holbrook. Holbrook - now nearly 83 - knows Mark Twain as well as he knows himself, bringing a richness to the character far beyond the quoting of Twain's most memorable quips. Each year, Holbrook edits and changes his piece to resonate with the current state of the world and chooses the evening's program from a collected twelve hours.
