Russell Simmons' lyrical, smart, hilarious, and searingly honest new show was a true phenomenon on Broadway, earning critical raves and drawing cheers nightly. Nine gifted, young poets speak from the heart about everything from love to sex, politics to Krispy Kreme donuts. If Langston Hughes or Virginia Wolfe were alive today...this is what they'd sound like.
