Dallas' citywide theater festival is back at the Dallas Theater Center after a two-year hiatus. Many of Dallas' prominent theater companies, including Kitchen Dog Theater, Undermain Theatre and Echo Theatre, will gather at the Theater Center's Turtle Creek facilities for dozens of performances.
