Broadway veterans Tyler Maynard and Max Von Essen will co-host the 2011 Column Awards gala, to be held at the Irving Arts Center in Dallas, Texas on Monday, March 14 at 7pm. In addition, Tony Award winner Donna McKechnie will make a special guest appearance. All three stars will also perform a musical number during the evening.

Maynard's Broadway credits include The Little Mermaid, Mamma Mia! and Mary Poppins, and he earned a Theater World Award for originating the role of Mark in Altar Boyz Off-Broadway. Von Essen will soon be appearing in the Off-Broadway revival of Hello Again. His Broadway credits include Les Misérables, Dance of the Vampires, and Jesus Christ Superstar.

McKechnie won Tony and Drama Desk Awards for originating the role of Cassie in A Chorus Line, and was also Tony-nominated for State Fair.

The gala also serves as a fundraiser for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
