Synopsis:
The Mystery of Irma Vep is a glorious send-up of Gothic melodrama. It's Alfred Hitchcock re-imagined as a lickety-split tennessee two-step; a laugh-a-minute, quick-change marathon in which two actors play all the roles - sometimes more than one at a time. Complete with a sympathetic werewolf, a ghostly vampire, a deceased first wife, and the reincarnated mummy of a long-dead Egyptian princess, this comedy has everything.
