Synopsis:
The old adage "You can't take it with you when you die" rings true for the Sycamore family who live life to the fullest. Dad makes fireworks in the basement, Mom is a writer who has more interest in creative pursuits and encouraging her family to do what they want than keeping up with social norms. Despite all of the chaos the youngest daughter, Alice, loves them just the same.
