Synopsis:
Northlight Theatre has announced plans for its largest production in 25 years presenting the Chicago premiere of Tony Award nominated Side Show. With a sixteen-member cast and a six-piece orchestra, the beautiful story portrays its true life heroines, Violet and Daisy Hilton, as sunny individuals seduced out of their sideshow cocoon with promises of a normal life and a chance at love. The heartwrenching story and remarkable score underscore this joyous musical's eloquent plea for tolerance and acceptance of people who are different.
