Synopsis:
Brooklyn band La Strada offers a genre-bending stew of indie rock, European folk, and baroque pop. The L Magazine, named La Strada an NYC Band You Need to Hear. It's hailed as, "One of the most promising bands in the city. Think Beirut and Neutral Milk Hotel, with more of a focus on traditional Americana." The seven-piece band's sound is driven by soaring vocal harmonies, accordion, acoustic and electric guitars, bass, drums, and a 3-piece string section of violin, viola and cello. La Strada is interesting music by talented people with a point of view.
