Synopsis:
A businessman claims to have seen the ghost of his wife who was killed in a car crash. He seeks help from a therapist who is wrestling with his own demons. Their encounter becomes a struggle between the living and dead - which will shape and define both men for the rest of their lives. Shining City is a haunting and finely wrought tale that deals with both urban isolation and connection.
